November Spice: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Thanksgiving is almost here and I don't know about you guys, but I have been super busy this week! So what better way to relax than baking amazing pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. This was definitely a little more time consuming than I thought it would be but I now have my cookies for a nice relaxing weekend. So here is the recipe that I used with all my tips I learned from making these. Hope you guys enjoy!

Ingredients:

1) Melt 1/2 Cup Butter (sorry I had a problem with this photo)

2) Whisk in sugars

3) Add in egg yoke

4) Mix in pumpkin and vanilla

5) Add in all the spices and salt

6) Whisk in the flour and baking soda

7) Mix in chocolate ships

8) Put batter in fridge for hour and set oven to 350 degrees Farenhiet (this helps the cookies to be not so cakey and it makes the dough easier to work with)

9) Take dough out of fridge and make in to small balls and put back in fridge for 10 minutes

10) Bake at 350 degrees Farinheit for 10 minutes

11) Enjoy cookies with some milk!
