November Spice: Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips

Hey everyone! This recipe is actually one from a friend who got it from a cook book. But this isn't just any old cook book recipe. This cook book is actually put together by a group of women from my friends hometown. The goal is for them to collect all the best recipes and sell as many cook books as they can. If this sounds like a small town sort of thing, you wouldn't be wrong. Either way, this cook book holds the best of the best, and this recipe does not disappoint! So without further ado, let's jump in to this weeks November Spice recipe: Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips and Pecans.

Ingredients:

1) Combine and stir together dry ingredients.

2) Blend all wet ingredients in to bowl (vanilla optional).

3) Add in your "toppings" (just chocolate chips, just pecans, nothing, or even more, it's up to your taste buds!).

4) Pour in to three 1 pound coffee cans (or bread tins like I did) and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

When filling up the tins, make sure you only fill them up a little more than half way. Adjust time and filling accordingly.

5) Enjoy the Pumpkin Bread with your Pumpkin Spiced Latte in the morning!

Well I hope that you guys enjoy the recipe. Let me know if you guys like it as much as my family and I did!
